REMINDER

I know we all have bad days…. so, I have some advice.

When the days are the worst and you just want to give up and quit, remember one memory that made you extremely happy.

Replay that memory over and over again.

Hold on to that feeling, and remember it’ll all get better.

Hold on to that feeling like it is life, and remind yourself that you felt that way once, and that you can feel that way again…

It works for me.
