I am craving something delicious!
Something that is quick and easy.
Teriyaki Salmon.

INGREDIENTS:
- SALMON
- MINCED GARLIC
- TERIYAKI SAUCE
- ONION POWDER
- SEASON ALL
- PEPPER
- OLIVE OIL
Now I know, if this is a recipe you are interested in, you’re going to ask for measurements. Guess what, I don’t do that. HA. I just… go wherever the seasoning takes me. I follow my nose.
I rinse and prepare my salmon. You can decide if you want the skin on or off. I put all the seasonings on the fish. I coat the skillet in olive oil, letting it heat up on medium. I put my salmon in. Anywhere from ten to fifteen minutes per side, based on the size.
Once it’s cooked, I turn the heat down low, adding in my minced garlic and my teriyaki sauce. Let it sit in the sauce for about two to three minutes, then flip and allow the same time.
I love serving this with asparagus and sour cream potatoes.
Try it out! Let me know what you think!
